Sage Equities, developers and managers of the 17th Place Townhomes, reached out to us to help them get the word out about the new development. They needed to drive leases as quickly as possible, so they looked to us to define their target markets and build photo and video content that spoke directly to them. Our plan also included building an online community to share a positive message about Downtown Bakersfield while promoting the townhomes.
The brand’s messaging focuses on building community both within the townhomes and across downtown as a whole. We also switched up the brand color to match the signature teal doors, creating brand recognition and connection not only online but also as people drive or walk by. As ongoing partners, we also provide social media management for the townhomes, creating unique content and engaging with their community as it grows.
17th Place Townhomes now has a brand identity they can be proud of — one that’s so effective that they now have an ongoing waitlist.
